Sierra Leone’s government says armed men attacked institutions in the capital in an attempted coup last Sunday.
Thousands of inmates are still on the run after they escaped from a maximum-security prison.
But the president is reassuring people that everything is under control.

The president sees everyone as an enemy so they wouldn’t give any listening ears to them but rather sees them as coupist
The problem in African politics..the effort the population puts in criticizing, if we put that same effort in supporting the government of the day, there should have been a lot of progress.
You are wrong as people have the right to criticize their government. For your information most of the government officials do take loans at exorbitant high interest rates from multinational institutions without the approval of the people and in some cases the constituents representatives in the national assemblies. This has let to a problem of debt trap while and hence no funds for economic growth and development.
