In Bangladesh, the families of alleged victims of forced disappearances and opposition MPs formed a human chain to demand their return.
This is part of a wider campaign against human rights violations ahead of next month’s election.
The government says the allegations are false and fabricated.

রফিকুল আমিনের সৎ সাহস এবং স্বচ্ছতা ছিল বলে ২০১২ইং সালে ডেসটিনির বিরুদ্ধে মানি লন্ডারিং এর মিথ্যা অভিযোগ উঠলে তৎকালীন সময়ে উনি বিদেশে অবস্থান করা সত্বেও তৎক্ষনাৎ দেশে এসে তথ্য প্রমাণ সহ মিথ্যা অভিযোগের বিরুদ্ধে জবাব দেওয়ার জন্য দেশের প্রায় প্রতিটি টিভি চ্যানেলে যুক্তি ও প্রমাণ সহ মিথ্যা অভিযোগের জবাব দিয়েছিলেন এবং দেশের আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হয়ে ন্যায় বিচার পাওয়ার আশায় আত্মসমর্পণ করেছিলেন। দুঃখজনক হলেও সত্য দীর্ঘ ১১ বৎসরেও উনি ন্যায় বিচারতো পানইনি বরং মামলা নিষ্পত্তিতে দীর্ঘ সূত্রতা হচ্ছে।
বাংলাদেশ থেকে গত ১০ বছরে সাড়ে ৬ লক্ষ কোটি টাকা বিদেশে পাচার হয়েছে ( বিষয়টি আপনারা অবগত আছেন) অথচ ডেসটিনির এমডি জনাব রফিকুল আমিন এক টাকাও পাচার করেনি তার জলন্ত প্রমাণ অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক, সিকিউরিটিজ এন্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন, জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড ও অন্যান্য আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান দেওয়ার পরও পাচারের মিথ্যা অভিযোগ তুলে গত সাড়ে ১০ টি বছর জামিন না কারাবরণ করিয়ে বিচারের নামে চলছে নাটক।অথচ দেখেও না দেখার জেনেও না জানার ভান করে বসে আছে দায়িত্বশীলরা। মোহাম্মদ রফিকুল আমিন ন্যায় বিচারের প্রত্যাশায় আইনের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হয়ে আত্মসমর্পণ করলেও তার প্রতি কোন সুবিচার আজ পর্যন্ত করা হচ্ছেনা। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথ জড়িয়ে আছে ৪৫ ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর। এরা প্রত্যেকেই মুহাম্মদ রফিকুল আমীন মুক্তির পাশাপাশি ডেসটিনিতে কাজের পরিবেশ ফিরে পেতে দোয়া,সভা- সমাবেশ, শান্তিপূর্ণ মানববন্ধন, ইউনিয়ন,থানা ও জেলার কর্মকর্তা , রাজনৈতিক নেতা, রাষ্ট্রপতি, প্রধনমন্ত্রী বরাবর স্বারকলিপি প্রদানসহ এমন কোনো কাজ নেই যা তারা করেছে না।অনুগ্রহ করে ৪৫ লক্ষ্য ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরদের এই প্রতিষ্ঠান ও এর কর্ণধার মোহাম্মাদ রফিকুল আমীন সহ অনন্যা সকলকের প্রতি আপনাদের সুদৃষ্টি কামনা করছি। আমরা ৪৫ লক্ষ ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরা প্রতিনিয়ত সমাজে লাঞ্ছিত, বঞ্চিত ও অবহেলিত হয়েই চলেছি।
