Yahoo Finance Senior Columnist Rick Newman expects a potential “skirmish” to occur in the region between Venezuela and Guyana, which could impact the Biden administration’s original easing of sanctions on Venezuela from October.

And that the people in guyana doesnt have that much similarity with the rest of southamerica. And it belonged before to gran Colombia it was recognized by the british in that time. So normally southamerica countries are mixed with indigenous population not all are exclusively inmigrants. But guyana only 10 percent are native and are kinda isolated from the rest.
