What I find surprising is the tiny enclosures in which the animals are kept. No wonder they would die of dehydration if the enclosures do not have a watering hole instead of bowls, which need to be manually filled with water.

So weird, Four Paws International closed this zoo SEVEN YEARS AGO. They removed all the animals and rated this zoo the worst in the world.
Remember though, the Gaza Zoo was in worst condition before the Israel-Hamas War 2023.
Dead animals were taxidermists and placed beside their live counterpart.
As you can see in the video, they are put in small cages.
They might as well not have the zoo in the first place if they kept them in horrible condition.
