The Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on whether former President Donald Trump can be kicked off of the 2024 ballot in Colorado. The case is expected to be argued on February 8, the same day as the Nevada caucus.

The Constitution IS the Supreme Law of the United States. Trump clearly violated the 14th Amendment. And for those running, Republicans, to say that the voters should decide, do not, nor can they, stand by the Supreme Law of the United States. If they do not stand by The Constitution now, they will not in the future. IF the Supreme Court rules in Trump’s favor, to put it bluntly, wearefucked.
The fact that traitor trump is not in prison more less able to run for any office is proof that our justice system is as broken as our democracy. We obviously don’t follow the constitution or the law… I remember when treason/sedition/espionage were serious crimes!

SCOTUS is an appeals court. Appeals. Trump hasn’t been charged or undergone a trial for anything. No lower court judge has rendered any verdict based upon any evidence or testimony. It’s all a demonstration of how ignorant Americans are of their own law.
