This is misleading. Not only is the true number much higher, but the number of injured is MUCH higher, and actually worse for Israel. With few exceptions, all the wounded are out of the war for good. A lot of them are permanently crippled as well. This is worse for Israel because Israel is already hemorrhaging money, caring for thousands of wounded is very, very expensive. Israel’s economy is on life support, and without constant hand-outs from US, Israel will face a complete economic collapse.
