A new dating app called “Score” has been launched by financial services company Neon Money Club. Score is positioning itself as an app for financially responsible singles, requiring users to have a minimum credit score of 675 in order to join.
Yahoo Finance’s Alexandra Canal, Pras Subramanian, and Josh Schafer break down the details.

A app for gold diggers.
There is no such thing as gold diggers!
Let’s not pretend that money doesn’t matter — it’s the number 1 issue that married couples fight about. You’d think that screening for financial compatibility would already be a priority.
High credit score doesn’t mean you have money. It just means you’re good at paying people back.
Not really. It’s very possible to have a high income and low credit, as well as the other way around. All this does is weed out immature people.
Credit score is how you manage debt. It has nothing to do with wealth. If you you were to inherit
5 million dollars, your score would not go up a point. Period.
Life in the 21st century.
Credit score based dating.
Not bad, clever idea if not morally questionable but telltale signs of a dystopian future?!… 🤔 hmmm….
This is mad🔥🤣🤣🤣🤣
675? Yikes. That’s low.
That was my thought too. I can’t imagine trying to have a serious relationship with someone with a credit score below 700 really.
Next will be an app for how much bitcoin you have. Maybe even one for how much cash you have.
How about an app that does a complete background check?
I am all for this…750 or higher please…
675? what? they let everyone in?
The average credit score for Gen Z is 660.5, for millennials 667.4, Gen X 685.2, Boomers 724.2, Silent Generation 729.9. The vast majority of eligible users would be demographics less likely to use dating apps in the first place. I certainly hope the developers don’t intend to turn a profit long-term. This is a bad investment for the above reasons alone.
Body Count. Can’t join unless it’s below 3.
The minimum should be 750
