You can’t implement these plans if every four years a strong minded non-establishment president comes in and goes against the grain and want to.change things or want to be a dictator. There are checks and balance for a reason, the fact Republicans wnat to strip those away and give full autonomy to president is down right insane and will tear the country apart bureaucracy is horrible especially.since it has been co-opted by powerful religious people but shhhh. but so is city states and a country divided to the point a war. Every president we blame for this that and the other they have a cabinet of president whispers pushing the same agenda over and over the military brass may have an allegiance with an oil company, or a vice president cough Chaney, it serves that company if they attack a country with out provocation, so they go to their inside guy side stepping the president. Congressmen may push bill because of lobbyist padding Their pockets even though this is some what against the law. there a machine in place and if a president is assassinated it keeps on chugging along. Kennedy died and America kept on chugging.
