The agents middlemen opportunists fraudsters and handlers. What we have overall, are severe ethical challenges.
He isn’t wrong about a lot of it. Most of it isn’t decentralized, and a lot of shady stuff is going on in a lot of the space.
That being said, being overly regulated by a corrupt body like the SEC is not the answer either, so there are tradeoffs.
Ginsler was explicit in the fraud and deception he should be removed!
