Portugal’s Social Democratic Alliance Party has claimed victory in general elections.
It follows a razor-thin contest with the outgoing Socialist Party.
But with no outright majority of votes, the center-right may now be forced to consider a coalition with Chega, Portugal’s rising far right party.

Your bias against populism is both undeniable and mysterious. As if the WEF Globalists and the American Zionists have anytime for the Islamic world. The people you criticize are protesting against Neo-Feudalism and corporate-state tyranny. Yet you present them as right-wing dictators in the making. Look around you. Look at the USA. Look at what is happening in Gaza. The dictators are already here, under the guise of “Liberalism.”
Will we ever stop voting for those who make us poorer and less free?
As a Portuguese woman I am scared that the extreme right party Chega elected so many members of Parlament!
You should be happy. They care about all portugese and put them first
@@brojwz2314 I don’t like fascists and they usually want to take away certain women’s rights. I also lived abroad and have emigrants in my family so I don’t agree with his stance on immigrants.
the portuguese are not the smartest tool in the box but here they are showing that they can be as racist bigots as any european!! que triste!!!
He needs chega to form a government. At best he’s going to get a very weak minority government
RakHine
very gud
Interesting how we always hear from the mainstream
Media about concerns over right wing political parties coming into power but never concern about left wing political parties coming into power.
It’s nice to see what’s going on in Portugal for a change.
Facism
Vivat Portugal!
