He is right. The Fed is lost and insecure.
My mum works in BOE and holds a VP position in one of the department, she said that BOE wont cut the rate this summer (she never say the whole year). SHe heard this in one of her meetings last week. I know it is not the FEDs but BOE will follow what the FEDs does because we are your lapdogs
This is also almost aligned with what that guy from Vanguard is saying
