As someone who owns both iPhones and Androids over the years, Apple OS may have some strengths, but its closed OS does more harm than good. It limits personalization, restricts third-party app innovation, and often results in higher costs for both apple and android users. This is exactly what we want to avoid with monopolies. Additionally, it complicates interactions with devices outside the Apple ecosystem under the illusion that their is some added benefit.
@@joe49494 it doesn’t complicate other items. They work like they do with Android. I use hella non Apple things with my Mac, iPhone.(speakers, headsets for work, drawing tablets, even androids). The Apple ecosystem just connects to Apple items easier. Idk what monopoly you’re talking about.

Someone with a lot of power wanted to by an Ultra but can’t because he has to buy an iPhone. Google watches work but very minimally on an apple devices. I think the justice dept owns the courts and wants a quick 1.8 billion dollar payout. This walled garden model is what google wants, Samsung wants and Amazon wants.
So people are complaining because AAPL forces their customers to stay in the AAPL ecosystem, said no one ever. I pray AAPL fights this to the very end
