Not even 20 minutes ago on MSNBC Chris jansing was trying to argue that since these funds can be found and returned and people be made whole it should not have been prosecuted as a fraud case if prosecuted at all.. I’m not a Donald Trump supporter but if you want to get technical about fraud and people being made whole the finances in New York state claim they would I have continued to do business with Trump and the Trump org moving forward if given the chance. None of the people who put money up based on the information Trump and his finances put forward were defrauded out of any money and they were repaid in hold every time. Why is it okay to not prosecute fraud if money can be returned in one instance but not the other?
