Maybe people dont tip because they also cant afford it? And if they all ate at home then no business in a lot of these places. My view point anyways. A lot of people are struggling.
Why not pay decent wages and get rid of the bribery and begging disguised as Tips.
When wages go up prices go up to match. Thats part of the inflation problem now.
