Sosa explains that Bluerock’s particular interest is in the industrial, specialty, and multi-family sectors of private real estate : “We like the specialty sector because it’s such a unique space that’s not too correlated to the economic cycle. So for example, if you think of data centers, data centers sit in the specialty sector, and if the economy is doing well, people are going to consume social media content on their phones or on their computer.
