France had an alliance with Poland, if Poland was attacked, France should sent troops within 7 days, France sent troops the 7th of september so 6 days after the beginning of the war and stopped their offensive the 17th of october, 11 days after the fall of Poland. France sent 41 divisions to Germany which is more than the british in 1945 (25 divisions). The problem is that in 1939, the french army was totally unprepared for a war against Germany and their HQ was completely sh1t just like in 1940 tho.

What exactly is Macron’s motive for his bizarre speech? We all know the United States isn’t the leader of Europe. Europe is governed by the European Union. Two basic principles of the European Union are respect for the principles of freedom and democracy. Taiwan is free and democratic just as the Ukraine is free and democratic. So why demonstrate unity with the Ukraine and not Taiwan? It makes no sense. China and Russia are quite similar in that they are bellicose, authoritarian, repressive regimes where the rule of law is a joke and individual rights are nonexistent. Furthermore, with respect to military support, NATO, of which France is a partner, support the Ukraine. France supports the Ukraine through NATO by supplying nonlethal and lethal materiel. Could it have something to do with Australia backing out of the deal to buy French submarines? The US is losing allies. Poland and the Baltic states want peace and the US continues to perpetuate the violence. There is zero evidence that if Putin wins the entirety of the world is in danger, this is ludacris unsubstantiated nonsense, peace is necessary.
