The legacy of Buffett is strongly entrenched in Berkshire. They also have people that are operationally pretty skillful quite long with Buffett so it will work well. The primary issue is that they actually operate with too much money, so the investment opportunities may be limited.
They should stay that way bc the majority of corporate culture out there are very bad like zombies bad.
