I would sayto people living in democratic countries like the US, YOU have nothing to worrry about. Elections are a joint venture, anyone who votes promises to go with the majority decision. If there is any threat to our democracy – make your feelings known by writing or protesting- ALWAYS remembering that those who voted put a leader in power, any abuses will not be a matter for any ONE person but will be confronted by all who did not vote for such changes from the policy. The institutions of power will play their role. If we do not give our view, or do not vote, or stand with those confronting abuses, then we are to blame, I write all this to say – consider Russia or China, and their citizens who are born to serve authoritarianism. There can never be a perfect system but the Democracy offered by capitalism is bearable though it has always had an element of corruption i.e. those who put themselves in power are hard to displace for many reasons eg nepotism.
No mental health issues besides Trump Derangement Syndrome.
