Airline hires prominent attorney to seek damages from CrowdStrike, Microsoft

Delta Air Lines has hired prominent attorney David Boies, chairman of Boies Schiller Flexner, to seek damages from CrowdStrike and Microsoft, following an outage this month that caused millions of computers to crash, leading to thousands of flight cancellations.

CNBC’s Phil Lebeau mentioned that the move by the U.S. airline is not surprising, given the monetary and reputational damages Delta has incurred.
