Russia orders troop withdrawal from Ukraine’s Kherson city

Russia has ordered its forces to withdraw from the Ukrainian city of Kherson, the only regional capital seized by President Vladimir Putin’s troops since the war began. In televised comments, General Sergei Surovikin said it was no longer possible to keep Kherson city supplied. Al Jazeera’s Assed Baig reports from Kherson, Ukraine.
