Burkina Faso crisis: Gov’t demands departure of French troops

Burkina Faso’s military government have told French troops stationed in the country to leave within a month, according to state media. Critics accuse the former colonial power of failing to improve security. The UN says thousands of people have been killed and nearly three million displaced since 2015, by violence linked to armed groups. Al Jazeera’s Barbara Angopa reports.
