Typhoon Rai in Philippines: Death toll at least 375 as desperate survivors plead for supplies

At least 375 people in the Philippines have died after Typhoon Rai struck, hitting 195 km/h at its peak. It left at least 500 injured and more than 55 people are missing. Dinagat Islands were one of the worst-hit places and survivors there are desperate for drinking water and food.
