Japan’s Princess Mako marries commoner, gives up royal title

Japan’s Princess Mako has married her non-royal college sweetheart Kei Komuro, formally giving up her royal status. North Korea carries out suspected ballistic missile launch

North Korea has fired two suspected ballistic missiles, Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide said on Thursday. The missiles were launched from South Hamgyong Province into the sea off Japan’s eastern coast. The US Pacific Command says this shows Pyongyang is a threat to its neighbours.
