Dozens reportedly trapped after 21-storey building collapses in Nigeria’s Lagos

A 21-storey building has collapsed in the Nigerian city of Lagos. It is believed 50 people are trapped in the building that is reported to have been under construction. Officials in the second-most populous city in Africa have been trying to demolish or retrofit unsafe buildings.
