Pakistan has temporarily suspended mobile services across the country as polls open for the general elections. The Interior Ministry says this is to maintain law and order amid security concerns. Islamic State claimed responsibility for a bombing in the south western province of Balochistan, which killed at least 28 people on Wednesday.
