this documentary is less about Imran Khan and more about Mil Est. is always on the right path and they are innocent. and that only politicians are doing bad
Unfortunately the tacit depiction in this documentary, especially the one given by the guest Pakistani journalists and commentators who sound biased, was that corruption is not that much of a big issue as Khan claims… that’s the dilemma…the developed world fails to understand that the corruption of civil military elite is among the root causes of the prevalent social and economic crisis in the developing world… siphoning off billions of dollars out of Pakistan and into UK, Switzerland and other developed countries only strengthens the economy of those states and breaks the backbone of already struggling economy of Pakistan… ultimately people suffer in every domain of life… Khan has given the masses high political awareness…now we know that the corrupt military generals have costed us the greatest all these years…they are ones who collaborate with corrupt politicians and kick them out of power at their whim…we Pakistanis now refuse to be toyed at the hands of corrupt military and political elite…we want what is rightfully ours .. freedom to choose our leaders and make every institution accountable before the people of Pakistan
We never understood who is responsible for this dire economic crisis for the country but now we know who is the culprit and why, this is the reason we support him. Atleast he have some vision for the country rather short term solutions, benazir income support program road construction.
Not impressed as she has missed mentioning that Imran Khan is asking for a transparent enquiry in the violence of 9th May when he was arrested from the building of High Court where he was to attend Hearing.There is ample proof that it was a False Flag Operation. 20 young protestors were shot dead in the head, many women supporters arrested or abducted and later allegation of being molested.

There are a lot of mistakes in this video, @SandraGathmann:
1. First of all, elections should have happened months ago as PTI has resigned from two provinces.
2. Imran Khan’s votebank has shifted to the lower socioeconomic class as well.
3. You have pretty much gaslit the harrassment of PTI’s female workers in jails.
4. Imran Khan maintained a 6.1% GDP growth during the pandemic and created welfare programs. The current govt has allowed the economic growth to shrink to 0.29%.
5. Also, the army may not have opposed his rise to power, but it had to active part in it. IK became popular to due to the 200,00+ cancer patients his hospitals have treated for free, not because of some general.
6. During PTI’s time none or the ruling partys’ chiefs were banned from being mentioned on television.

Khan could’ve settled in the high society of Britain with billionaire former wife who’s family is reportedly worth over 10 billion Usd. Al Jazeera hasn’t given any fact and numbers to show economy in Khans tenure. During his time, GDP Growth rate of Pakistan was 5.6 percent, highest in south asia because of how he handled covid, praised all over the world as well as his 10 billion trees program made reforms in climate change programs. Khan owns no property in any other country other than Pakistan unlike any of his opponents. Pakistan’s economy has come crippling down right after Khan left just because the two fascist families are only ruling to benefit themselves and get rid of their mega corruption cases.

A lot of miscommunications in this video. For instance, economy was actually improving. Not people, but media was running a propaganda of economic issues against him. People were crossing classes upwards. Khan didnt bring in hate with him. The two parties hated him for breaking their cycles of rule. They wont listen to him and would boycott parliment sessions during his speeches no matter how important and serious the situation would be as in FATF case. the man says, “the govt is using similar tactics that he tried to use against them”. This is a lie. this guy has no such event to prove this statement as an evidence. In Khan’s Govt., no houses were barged into, no women and children harassed in jailed and that too for no reason, no media persons abducted and tortured, no journalists killed, no mothers given rape threats by the police, no gates of politician broken using cranes, no social media activists (even females) abducted and tortured, no families needed to vacate their houses and go in hiding, no tear gassing on unarmed protesters and the list goes on. This man has given a sweeping statement and is trying to mix black and white causing others to think Khan is paying off for what he did.
It is disappointing to see such an overly simplistic analysis of the political situation of Pakistan and the current situation surrounding Imran Khan. And how they missed a few crucial and critical points of the story.
Missing point no 1 – Assassination attempt of Imran Khan:
It’s surprising to see that the assassination attempt on Imran Khan happened a few months back, but seemed to have been overlooked by Al Jazeera. How can they miss such important detail of the story??? Such a twisted and manipulated story by Aljazeera shows how deep-rooted and formidable the power of the Pakistani establishment is, as well as the perceived threat that Imran Khan poses to their interests.
Missing point no 2: How they threw him out of office, it wasn’t a simple no-confidence vote. There is a story behind it:
Al Jazeera missed that. To remove Imran Khan from office, the establishment has resorted to bringing together all the political parties of Pakistan, despite their lethal rivalry. This unimaginable effort to build such a unified front against Imran Khan demonstrates their willingness to collaborate to achieve their objective.
Why is he popular??
He has a clear vision for the country and is committed to solving the most critical issues of Pakistan, such as the rule of law, anti-corruption measures, education, healthcare, and a peaceful approach to international relations resonates with the Pakistani population. He is a determination to establish true democracy in Pakistan sets him apart. Despite the daunting nature of this task, he has made personal sacrifices, including his marriage, family life, personal comforts, and reputation, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the people of Pakistan.
Also, unlike previous leaders, Imran Khan refuses to allow any superpower to exploit Pakistan’s land and resources for their interests. He is also the only leader of Pakistan dedicated to addressing climate change and combating Islamophobia, displaying a comprehensive understanding of global challenges.
Imran Khan’s popularity is not solely due to institutional support but primarily arises from the genuine support and trust he has gained from the people of Pakistan.
