Russia says 20 civilians were injured in the shelling of the town of Volnovakha, in the southern part of Ukraine’s Donetsk region. Russian-installed officials in the occupied town say it was shelled by six to 10 HIMARS. Volnovakha was taken by Russian forces last year. Ukraine’s flood-ravaged Kherson has been hit by Russian rockets for the first time.
