Ukraine tension: Putin says talks with Macron were ‘useful and substantive’

The Russian President Vladimir Putin met his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron over Russia-Ukraine tensions. Putin described the meeting as “useful and substantive”. Macron will be heading to Kyiv from Moscow where he will hold talks with Ukrainian officials.
