Fans at some of the FIFA Arab Cup games in Qatar will be able to attend in Stadium 974, which was built using shipping containers. After the 2022 World Cup, the roof, the seats, the shipping containers and metal structures will all be sent to other countries to be reused in various projects. Egypt’s Suez Canal Authority (SCA) said it was temporarily suspending navigation through one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes until the grounded container vessel MV Ever Given is refloated.
