Russia says it is concerned by rising tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The Kremlin says talks are taking place with the two former Soviet states. The latest flare-up is because of protests on the only road that links the Armenian-populated part of the enclave with Armenia.
