Future of Afghanistan: can there be one without Taliban participation?

Taliban skips UN meeting, erodes women’s rights, hinders economic revival. Lack of progress in Afghanistan is hindering political advancement, as the Taliban refuses to participate as anything less than the sole representative of the country. The UN reports that women’s rights are being drastically eroded, with 745 Afghan women fearing punishment at the announcement of every new Taliban decree.
