I just have to say if NBC cannot stop airing everytime trump pulls a ‘press event’ that is truly a rally then I must stop watching NBC. I would be happy if they give equal time to Biden. How about just reporting truth. Truth from trump would take all of 45 seconds. I’m just sick and tired of the amount of time I see his face and hear his voice in a rant of ” only I can save you” Whether we like it or not many people think he’s so important or the news wouldn’t show him. Stop supporting trump lies.

On the official UN maps Jammu & Kashmir including Ladakhis is shown outside India because it was invaded by India in 1947. The UN asked the Indian Army to go back but they refused and since then they have killed 500000 Kashmiris. • eddyvideostar says:

To Genetic: This is a great idea … for the daytime!

    • geneticepistomology says:

eddyvideostar I completely agree if you read any of my previous comments, you would know I don’t think this is the answer to the worlds problems. As these kids grow up, should they still live in the area they will know a lot of police officers. The humanization of the police and the population of the neighborhood should bring some good. After, what I imagine will take a while, then it would be possible at night.

  • Renee Toner says:

Absolutely love this! I want to see more of this. Efforts from every side, working together and creating solutions. Thanks for sharing their uplifting story and showing your audience that every community in America is lived in by good people. I work in a similar neighborhood and it has its assumptions about it from the outside too. But what I KNOW is that these neighborhoods are filled with mostly good people surrounded by crime. They are more likely to be a victim of a crime than a criminal. I hope young cops learn and understand that most people they interact with are victims of crime and responding with empathy to situations in which they interact with the community will being them great success.
Maybe I am optimistic, but I believe this initiative can lead to positive change. #BLM

  • Airick Anderson says:

This is such a PERFECT IDEA & STRATEGY to bring both the Police Officials & Citizens together alike!… This should be implemented across the ENTIRE United States as a part of the new Police Reform Law!….

    • Raspy Bob says:

Why so she can tell the cops, this is where my family was killed by gang members!! This is where all the riots and looters burnt it down!!!! Democrat scums

    • LAST CALL says:

Nothing will happen until you neutralize the gang bangers.

    • Airick Anderson says:

@Raspy Bob Its difficult to talk to someone or even get a healthy and supportive point across, when that person is as angry & negative as you!… You flipped the conversation at the end to a “Political Slam” and that is not a rabbit hole that I’m willing to go down with you!… It’s just not worth the extra effort at this point in time!…..

    • Airick Anderson says:

@LAST CALL, The gangs are way out of control and definitely need to be broken up, shut down and placed on constant watch!… Gaining the trust of the public is vital, especially the citizens located in those neighborhoods heavily effected by gang violence!… If the citizens trust & respect the officials in their city, people will confide in the officials to save their neighborhoods and protect their fellow citizens. If there is zero trust, zero respect, than NOTHING will ever change!…. It takes EVERYONE, on both sides to come together!… It will not not be easy, but it can be done!…. ✌🏼

    • Raspy Bob says:

Airick Anderson Never happen!! Go tell that to the brothas that wont let you drive through their hood! You talk a good game though!

  • Gabriel Tang says:

Patrol with cop. No BLM + Antifa

  • mrdanielleebrown says:

Could be the very kids that get these cops out of a jam. Lack of community Policing is the dumbest thing known to man for a job where community can either prolong your life or the lack thereof can cost you your life. I’ve had jobs where I’ve seen people police themselves all because they respect me. I didn’t have to say a word because the community went into action when they saw me get disrespected by someone in the community. That’s the power of rapport and respect. How can Law Enforcement allow for police departments to allow people to uniform who don’t understand the power or rapport and respect, in that order? Police officers are afraid because they lack rapport and respect within the community and thus police from that guilty conscience. It’s systemic because there’s no check and balance, departments don’t care enough about officers outside of the propaganda and the officers are not smart enough to make this connection because they themselves are high off of the propaganda.

  • JVS 3 says:

Awesome, but police should also hire and train people from these same communities. Keep the tax dollars locally. If these cops live in another city or community then their salary are being spent and taxed in another place not benefiting these communities

  • Corben says:

They’re going to get in trouble for growing food. The big ag companies don’t like stuff like this and they, along with other big industries, make the rules that the cops have to enforce.

  • L J says:

Kudos to North Lawndale teens for stepping up to help make the difference we all want to see!

  • Kristyn Sotelo says:

THIS is a beautiful thing! I hope other communities follow suit!

  • Heartstung says:

This is outstanding kudos to those teens, looks like the upcoming generation is showing strong promise indeed. Look at the Likes though…only 352 included my own…when there is reporting of shootings in Chicago..within a few hours white and asian people and some from outside the U.S. cram this site and the Likes are in the thousands as they self-righteously demean, disparage, kick down, and comment just hateful disgusting things about black people, and their other favorite kicking dog Democrats or BLM and they do it with gleeful fervor. Yet here we have a report of positive action, young black people escorting white police officers through one of the worst neighborhoods and building bridges. Yet those same huge numbers of people that put such ferocious effort and joy into expressing their hate about Chicago…President included…are no where to be found.

  • aye nyein says:

    thanks you.u.s

  • Carlus Jackson says:

I’m sorry to say this but I don’t see why these officers should be charged with murder. I have been in the same situation as this poor man that lost his life and I’ve also had many other encounters with the police. I’ve seen how dirty they can be I’ve experienced it firsthand and believe that we definitely need reform but I cannot see anywhere in this video were these officers were acting out of line.

  • blueagle1100 says:

Great idea. Rookie cops get a tour that blacks are people

  • M M says:

The government and the so called cops know that neighborhood’s should be policed by the people who look like themselves. Police brutality would decrease by 70 percent. Why don’t you see BLACK COPS policing WHITE neighborhoods? It’s ALL by DESIGN. Believe that the government KNOWS this!!!!!

  • M M says:

Why is it that the so called president of the country is not responding to any of this??

Nathaniel was a 16-year old young man with Down syndrome and was shot by police on Wednesday 26 August 2020 in Eldorado Park South Africa. What the police did not take into account was that Nathaniel did not answer because of his disability.

  • Danny Gibson says:

    This should be mandatory training🙏🏿🙅🏿‍♂️🖤

  • Pak De says:

That’s a great idea. It’s hard to shoot someone when you know who they are. I wish cops could do their job without the violence but nobody wants to talk about the elephant in the room and that’s too many guns and too many people ready and willing to use them. But as long as the NRA had it’s way the problem isn’t going to go away.

  • Dan Thomas says:

  • Patrick says:

  • Enjoiz Finezt says:

Our Black Kids deserve so much more then what America has shelled out. How can people NOT see the overt disparity difference between Black & Brown communities & predominately White neighborhoods? I realize now people do, they just don’t care…

  • Jeffrey Katsman says:

This is great mainly I think because many cops are very intimidated by certain neighborhoods and districts due to only hearing of its violent news side and other officer’s war stories which make them end up feeling like they have to be tough and imtimidating themselves meanwhile because of this training program they get to start their first days calmly knowing that there isnt this barrier between them and this invisible enemy. A lot of NYC cops unfortunately get their heads gassed up with that kind of narrative and begin their first days with something to prove in reality due to repressed fear and not coming off visibly scared or threatened. This video’s tactic of community introduction goes deeper than what most see it for. It goes far into the psychological aspect of violence created due to lack of communication.

  • LAX5x5 says:

my neighborhood’s police department is wilshire division in los angeles. all the officers there are encouraged to not just put in time as members of law enforcement and go back to their own neighborhoods as soon as their shift is done, but to interact with the residents as fellow neighbors — in and out of uniform. we routinely see them at stores, restaurants & other public places.
when the bars & restaurants first opened back up in late june, i went to my local with a couple of my neighbors. the first person who bought us drinks after two and a half months of intense pandemic lockdown was officer chris from wilshire division. he came in with three other officers — all in uniform — came up to our table, smiled, bumped all our fists (pandemic handshake) and said, “i would do anything to have a whiskey with you guys right now.”
we all felt humbled by his gesture because we felt it should’ve been us buying drinks for the first responders/frontline workers of the covid-19 pandemic.

Lightfoot is the problem. She’s allowing the violence in Chicago to plague the city. Trump offered help and her disdain for him is costing many lives, businesses, and tax dollars. But she’s sticking her hand out for federal funding. Shows that the people are worthless compared to her personal war with Trump.

  • Sam S says:

Hopefully BLM or antifa won’t see this, or else they would be burning these neighborhoods too
