What is ONE THING that you’ll do every day that sucks to build your willpower? Start with something simple, but challenging… as you build your “willpower muscle” then slowly add new things. If your one thing is too challenging for you currently, then pick something smaller! It’s like lifting weights – you start with light weight, then do heavier as you get stronger.
How could I add value to you and get employed by you 🤔
Crazy but I do the cold shower thing just because it sucks! I go for 5-10 mile runs on the hottest time of day and Any day and enjoy what most will complain about because their so comfortable being comfortable! Screw that i agree with you and live my life this way! You challenge your subconscious mind and callous it to be in your command and silence it.

Project Life Mastery it really doesn’t. I’ve been blessed beyond measure. Was just trying to be edgy. Can you touch on living healthier? I was having horrible heartburn last night and as a result it makes you tired. Eating right helps my days to be more productive. Taking care of your body is important. I had my gallbladder removed and things are a lot better with digestion. I may consider joining your crew on your website. Do you have a discord or forum on it?

I find it important not to rely on rituals too much! Sometimes they can fool you into believing you get things done, while actually only keeping you busy… but a solid morning routine is a great idea to build discipline!
I credit my morning ritual with getting me to where I am, discipline and daily rituals go hand in hand!

Funny that I just tuned into this video at this moment as I have been doing just this, doing the things that suck for me and I have been procrastinating for months now, like a year actually. I was in the process and took a break by getting the computer. Luckily I have signed up for notifications. Anyway, it’s what I hate to do and that is getting my papers organized and properly filed in marked envelopes and put them into a file cabinet. After that I am going to complete some unfinished projects. Thanks for the inspiration to keep going!! Thanks for the video!!

2018 changed my life complete round, quieted 2018 and started one job for 1 month but didnt liked changed to other job but bad management stopped and then had enough after 26 years and started what it is really my personality Selfemployed Amazon for 12 months but stopped because it is definitely NOT selfemployed just on the paper and of the interest of Amazon. Knock and run job and no life at all. 14 hours working with NO break etc.. and no time for me for gym or swimming etc… and I lost 12 kg through knock and run and no food etc… But I am a person who dont care and stopped after 12 months hope for change but I realized I am the only person who can change the situations again and quit it. after 8 weeks recovering I started now Hermes Selfemployed with much much more self employed and treat behaver from Hermes plus extra benefits on top. working 3-4 hours instead normally 6-8 hours….. plus started care worker Zero hour job and for evenings food delivery Self employed is the next thing. The reason is changed my mindset for the short and long term goals which I set it up and opend in my Bank Emergency accounts (LONG and SHORT plus for Hermes and Careworker and finally one for Online business for latest march 2021 or earlier depending …. ) I am a very high straight forward person and very high helping other ppl as well and I am an Practical person / Doing person and not bla bla bla and sitting for long around. sitting around is only to make planes 😉 or educations etc…. I hope bu next year I can join your courses which you offer. Especially Ritual and my focus is Affiliate because FBA dont think it will be me…. customers etc…. or paperwork or writing is not me and boring for me…. like I said I see things , someone explain quick and then take actions and doing the things with mistakes bit but I am learning this way very quick. cant sit in a classroom and writing… 😉 I can practical explain things and talking and explain this me. I hope your courses is like that ?? I saw so many videos from you but not yet sure it is for ppl like me ? which are more practical have in the DNA 😉 I dont care to speak on a stage or so because I don this in my school time but writing or sitting in school I hate it 😉 I will look for more videos from you in the next months and doing more research over the next months but from the moment I am on FIRE and exited from the feeling in my belly is it Affiliate marketing so far I am informed through you videos. Just an little example: My english is not the best but in the last 8 weeks or so I can understand you in the videos and I can better writing. I learned 2008 just in one year English and got an certificate which says normally takes this 2 years. I love languages and wish I had the time to learn more english or over languages . I love to help ppl which is very high in my personallity and in my call it DNA or so 😉 What I mean is I dont want show off here !!!!!! is YOUR videos gave me after already changing my life an extra boost !!!!! I came accross online marketing through Amazon because I saw all the thousends of parcels and the large Warehouses and Amazon-MFN pick up shops and I ask myself one day from where comes all this and it have to have lots of customers and a big business behind…. I searched and then your videos came up and affiliate and FbA and Tatjana story….. I don’t know where to start, I have some many bad habits. I have about two weeks working in little tasks like geting up early every day at the same time, making my bed, doing yoga and meditation right immediatelly after wake up. still a challenge but I am making progress. This video was on point, I saved it, because I want to listen as many times as I need it, I want to remind myself these keys points. Thanks.

I also recommend jogging in a cold, rainy, unpleasant weather… it is so hard to do in the beginning, but afterwards it just feels so great that you pushed yourself and you did it

Sounds like my job, something uncomfortable you don’t like doing 🤣😂🤣 Not complaining though, I’ll work on changing it, thanks James for sharing, there is one more thing I learned that I feel people should pay attention to in this case. Humans are not just logical beings we are also emotional, and emotions win over logic, and emotion is what is causing action. So to do something you have to point your brain towards thoughts that will lead to emotions that will cause you to do the thing you want. Since January I showered only 3 times with warm water, it sucks but its training.
Strong mind=strong body! I can’t believe how many weak minded people are in today’s world, it blows my mind! I walk 3 miles with 2 lb. weights every night after work. Thank you for your motivation!
