@Teringventje – I don’t think so for China ,you can say whatever you want about the growth rate of china but at the end of the day ,its GDP have increased.This is not the case with india which although they say that its growth rate was around 6 – 7 % they still cannot overtake England but Instead slipped to 7th place behind France which has a growth rate of 1.4%
with a Nominal GDP of only a few millions above that of India .5% of GDP 2.72 but still cannot surpass france with a GDP 1.4 % 2.778.
