Leaders in the African continent need to have focus and long-term plans that “supersedes administrations and supersedes borders,” which allow for sustainable development, Kenya President Uhuru Kenyatta said at the #SingaporeSummit.
“What we are trying to do, for example within Kenya and the greater African region, is to try and create development plans and programs that stretch over a 50-year period, that hopefully are able to live beyond administrations,” he said.

You just never know what tech could be invented over a 50 year period.
Its a waste to start buikding projects that last this long as it might becone obsulete.
You can do trade agreements or economic and milatary peace plans for this time.

Mr Kenyatta I like your thought
Creating long-term sustainable development plans which supercede administrations.
We all know ICT is changing everyday and must be incorporated in any such agenda.
President Kenyatta you have set the pace that whenever administration come and go they ought to stick to such long term sustainable development plans.

Economic development is not just built around magnanimous buildings, projects or infrastructure; quality of life, work-life balance and a feeling of patriotism should be considered. A citizen should get value for money when visiting a restaurant or a salon or kinyozi, not attitude because the service providers have ‘licenses’. While acknowledging the aspect of informative culture via a persona centered strategy through which the masses have come to appreciate modernity; this could have been achieved by any layer of the current echleons of smaller personas.
Difficulty from ancestral ‘ lineage has been noted’ but given far much more ‘ curtailment’ at a more personal level, some of us have given a remarkable performance. To enjoy the proper fruits being claimed more needs to be done, in my opinion proper metrics on performance evaluation with a prorata link to rewards in public sector; a rather lukewarm performance; however being an optimist with a fifth of the time remaining, a window of opportunity opens on proper resumption of the economic engine on the end of fiscal tightening, a redemptional rather than legatorial space.
