Myanmar’s military grants amnesty to more than 23,000 prisoners

Protesters in Myanmar have held their seventh day of rallies against this month’s military coup.
The protests come as the military, which overthrew the democratically elected government in the February 1 coup, released more than 23,000 prisoners as part of an amnesty.
