Ask people for their social security number…What state issue it,what is their maiden name, previous last two addresses,any bill or house on their name…If they have business ask for one or more years income tax fillings…Address n name of the business,send someone to pay visit to the location before approving any loan..
More importantly verify the name and location of their bank…is it a domestic or foreign bank? Is it a freshly new opened account? If it is a new account watch out cuz they may just open it for that scamming purpose only.
