You can break the human body, but never the human spirit.
I’m here to tell you otherwise.
@Alwa story time.
@James West Well, just that the human spirit can be broken. I’m glad that this young girl’s spirit was not broken and she is doing well. But the world is full of broken spirits. You can buy a prosthetic leg but not a prosthetic spirit.
WOW SHE GOOD BUT SAD
How did she lose her leg anyway
Wow,Averie, you have a great spirit,so brave and a great gymnast too.
What is the cost of this leg please tell me?I
Wow
Tbh… i wanna break my leg.. prothetics look dope.
…
U have to lose a limb not break 1
@kc copeland same thing XD
@Cythist no it’s not the same
Why did she have her leg amputated
congenital pseudoarthrosis of the tibia. It’s a congenital defect that makes it so the bone can never heal on it’s own. If she didn’t get her leg amputated when she was small, she’d be able to have up to 3 corrective surgeries at most but they’d eventually have to amputate either way.
I know because I also have this rare defect, but in my clavicle. My location is one of the only ones that doesn’t result in amputation or death.
U inspired me😁😁😁😊
I cried when I first heard of this girl 2 years ago. I was born with the same defect but in my right clavicle. It’s a 1 in a million affliction and my parents pulled me out of gymnastics because they were worried about how it’d affect my life. In my case, it was probably the best option as my shoulder will never be strong and I can’t do anything to make it stronger besides maybe build up muscle around it.
I’m SO happy her parents didn’t see this as a hindrance!
Eso es para que veas que
Bravo à toi championne .
