The leader of the opposition Labour Party in the U.K., Sir Keir Starmer, was thrown out of a pub by the landlord while visiting people in the English city of Bath. The landlord said Starmer hadn’t done enough to oppose lockdown measures, which are still operating throughout the U.K.

Well, firstly, Labour completely misread and looked down on the feelings/views of their lifelong supporters over issues like Brexit etc, That is their fault, not the Tories. In any case Boris’ pandemic handling might end up being looked at in the future as Blair’s WMD situation.

@Adam Bassett Ok, what I am saying is there is quite a lot of “swivel eyed loonies” like me that supported the idea of Brexit, that perhaps also now do not accept the narratives from a trilateral supporting Starmer, also have questions regarding the validity of PCR and LFT testing that is costing billions, the track and trace billions, the real omission of debate on the actual real figures of deaths and other cheaper treatments with less damaging side effects that have been pushed aside by Big Pahrma influence , the blinkered Vaccine “only way out” but not actually and many other matters “omitted” by MSM and the opposition parties including Starmer, and they feel people like Starmer/politicians are on board with most of the narrative/propaganda, the great reset, on board with increased authoritarianism, on board with vaccine certificates etc etc. That he is not being forceful enough or even being noticed enough by joe public, people just see him as another bland politician that is distant to what the man on the street really feels (the old Westminster bubble). Unless one is not hearing the supressed valid counter narratives by experts (not armchair critics) and dismissing them as “dangerous disinformation” (dangerous to their agenda). Simple etiquette, regardless of position, class or occupation: if you are asked politely to leave a pub or any ground where you are not invited, YOU LEAVE without question immediately instead of showing resistance; otherwise, it will be all the worse for you. Simple as that.
Since it’s currently illegal to enter the indoor premises of a pub in the UK, there is no reason that Starmer should have attempted to enter the pub. HE was breaking the law that he supported.
