Samoa’s elected leader locked out of parliament, deepening crisis

There has been another unprecedented twist in the political crisis gripping the Pacific island nation of Samoa.
The leader of the opposition Fast party has been sworn in as prime minister during an ad hoc ceremony, which her rival calls unconstitutional.
