Very likely they caused the disaster… Florida is famous for these things…. sincere investigation and forthcoming truth is needed… imagine feeling the loss of a loved because of this… nonsense? I heard the bomb go off at the Federal building in OKC. It sounded just like thunder as this guy says. I looked out my window and there was not a could in the sky. I found out a bit later that it was a bomb.

He didn’t have to go over and try to help. He did because he’s got a huge heart. That little boy will always remember this man.
I have a lot of questions. But the most important ones are, when was the last time that building had an inspection? And if so did the inspectors do their jobs? I’m hoping and praying that everyone is okay.
The building was currently under inspection! Florida buildings have to be inspected 40 years after construction, and this condo was built in 1981, so it was going through the mandatory inspection when it collapsed!

I have been devastated about this sad news since I heard, and have prayed a lot for these people… I do believe if it hadn’t been, ultimately, for the sins of the builders, contractors, and inspectors, these people would all be alive and going about their lives today. There were tenant complaints about the building’s safety and there had been written reports on the building sinking. Many people failed them! But it does bring me some measure of comfort, somehow, to think that when it is not your time to die, even if you find yourself in a building that collapses in the middle of the night, you will survive under the rubble and a kind stranger who was out just happening to walk their dog will come to your rescue. It’s not much comfort but a little.

My condolences to the four lives that were lost in Surfside, a Jewish/White American community north of Miami Beach. What happened there was like they experienced a third world country tragedy! I was not even an idea when this condominium was built. However, I will say that the owner of that condo knew that it was not built to the code. I smell lawsuits upcoming!

Although I’m happy he was able to help someone, I cant watch this. He said “uuuuh” and “uuuuuum” about 1,973 times within a two minute period. Literally it was a word, then “uuum” then another word, then “uuuuuuh”, one more word then “uuuuum” again. Jesus. 😣
This is the first time I believe we have dispatched search and rescue for people trapped in a building collapse since 9/11. Other buildings in the U.S have failed or collapsed (see 2015 NYC Apartment fire building collapse) but I believe this is the first time since 9/11 a building collapsed with people trapped in the rubble. I’m not saying this to be insensitive. I’m just stating what I believe to be true, since this building collapse will remind a lot of people of 9/11.
This guy is a crisis actor! He didn’t save anyone, there is video of firemen taking the kid from the condo, and this guy wasn’t there! All the kid said was, “don’t leave me”, but he never asked anyone to save his mother who later was reported dead?
