What’s up?
When it comes to bad habits, I have troblem trying to overcome them. I tend to not think about how my actions might affect my choices. I am not trying to not get easily upset over every little thing and trying to think positive and be strong. I see that me crying over things and not changing my behavior when something goes wrong is not helping me and it pushes people I love away because I am not taking no action. I want to make my business, my relationships with others, and myself. I keep being scared to change my negative thinking. Right now I try to keep myself busy and also holding back negative thoughts and words so that I can see more Positive things in my life.
I like your attitude. How do you plan to start implementing these changes?
@Project Life Mastery I will start by having an active routine when I am feeling stressed such as going to the gym, listening to music and think before I talk if I am thinking negative.
Meditation and gratitude (and discipline 😋) have been the most transformative habits for me. The inner peace that comes from regular meditation and the overall quality of life and happiness that comes from gratitude journaling is priceless.
