No. It’s not more prevalent in Turkey. Assault & abuse of medical / healthcare staff is a problem faced everywhere. That includes paramedics. There are many reasons for it, my examples are not exhaustive.
Migrate to where? Do people think that Europe and North America are some open land where anyone can just show up? I hear the same thing with Lebanese people, Turkish people, Africans, Indians. All of these people complain about their living situation and the first thing that comes out of their mouth is “ I want to migrate” or “ I want to leave”. And when you ask “where to”? They say “ Canada” or “ Germany” or “USA” etc… as if these countries have plentiful jobs and plentiful housing etc.. They really think they can just show up in some other countries like those countries don’t have a unique culture, religion, language like those countries are open space where anyone is free to just come lol.

I wonder if you have really been to Turkey & know how bad local Turks are suffering from the drop in the lira. I was there in early December as a tourist, though the drop in lira benefits tourists but I saw first hand the drop in lira in a span of one week & how it really affected prices of essential goods & food. Why so many doctors are being attacked in turkey?
It’s probably an exaggeration. But what is know is Turkish hospitals will overcharge patients by shortening time spent per patient and recommending unneeded procedures. That and most Turks can’t really afford modern medicine and feud over billing all the time. In one case, a man and his wife who had just given birth were arguing and the doctor intervened, the man promptly stabbed her and jumped out a window (the doctor probably stumbled upon a domestic abuse case).
But understand this is part of the world where people will brawl over anything. Literally, anything. To include being Jewish, or accidentally breaking something, or being Kurdish, or owing them money, or chanting slogans from a rival political party, or for firing their cousins for stealing, and so on and so forth.

@John Doe in turkey emergency is totally free. People abuses this. They come for getting free medicine. Most of them are not even sick. They come for painkillers or some basic prescriptions. I have patients that called ambulance for “feeling fever” or coughing. Of course you can’t see real emergency patient for 3 min. There is triage at the entrance. patients are divided into green, yellow and red. the 300 400 patients we are talking about are green. those with minor complaints. the yellow and red ones are seriously ill. We don’t spare 2 3 minutes for them, we spend more time.

@guy Location The Republic of Turkey is a Secular, Democratic Civilized State of Law. 84 Million Turks and I do not have bigotry aspirations such as religious brotherhood. The Uyghurs are the true brothers of the Turks by race. The people of the world are human as long as they respect the opinions and beliefs of their brothers.

I think it is because S400 or FATF- grey list. But India also purchased S400 from Russia. And India purchased after Turkey but no sanction announced by US. This is totally discrimination.

It’s because of immense amount of corruption. No body harmed us more than our own politicians(not just ruiling party opposition is also corrupted). I dont now how our country looks from outside world but its really depressing from inside
