This began for me with a low flying chem trail plane when I was mountain biking. I tried to outrun the trail. It was out of a prop plane. I got very sick. The sound began. I could not locate it. It was probably an anti-American/anti-western government, one much bigger and more powerful than the Cuban government (either in partnership with Cuba or not) that attacked the American emissaries with some unusual experimental concussion-causing wave-technology weapon in an effort to grind American-Cuban relations to a halt in one of the last outliers to American influence in the Western Hemisphere.
It’s a deeply unfair and unfortunate shame for these victims. It’s crazy how much of it still remains a mystery- the specific cause in terms of instigators and weapon technology.
I have seen in the vegetation attacks on people’s houses and attacks on the naval housing stop sign. They have attacked apartments houses and stop signs. The first time I saw this was a whole cut through the tree at my house. There are some highways that have vegetation burnt from microwave transmissions. The cars and phones continuous traffic is burning the vegetation like frost. I thought it was frost damage done but we had not had frost in decades. I have seen frost damage like this.

I know a woman who has said the same exact thing to me. She was married into big oil, divorced, and got the same symptoms I got from talking about 2001. She went the mainstream medical route, and got convinced her illness was toxic mold. Seems cut and dry to me. The specialist you get funneled to is an operative. You probably believe this garbage. Time heals it, but not the cataracts, (I’m 47) and the missing hair. People stole a couple decades of my life, on top of destroying my dreams. They sabotaged everything I tried to do, and of course, even saying so sounds like I’m just making excuses. The program is designed to discredit you among those who trusted you.

We really dont want to bring attention to this. This tech has been known for over 30 years. It’s not talked about and hidden for a reason, we don’t need more psychopaths building these weapons.
The reason the US government is not coming forward is because the US government used Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) starting with the Bush administration at the beginning of the war on terror and is just as guilty. The information is very sensitive because Bush used DEW against both foreign targets and domestic political enemies in violation of the Torture Act and the Geneva Convention which is federal law. Bush even pulled the US out of a international treaty banning the use of DEW around 2003 to give less legal liability for the “enhanced interrogation program.” (I believe it was the Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty.) I personally believe there was a tech transfer between the US and Russia in the early 2000s because the Mitrokhin archives documented the use of DEW by the KGB against political enemies yet the US had a sudden leap to using DEW. See “The Sword and the Shield” by Christopher Andrew and Vasili Mitrokhin. The US and Russian relations deteriorated resulting in the rampant use of DEW by both sides in violation of a laundry list of laws. The covert war has gotten out of control once again and has gone overt. The resolution to this mess is a peace treaty whereby both sides disclose their crimes, pay reparations, and agree to ban DEW against human targets with the US paying the majority of the compensation. I don’t understand how State Dept. personnel are not covered by workers comp or the Federal Torts Claims Act so this needs to be litigated. Havana syndrome is just blow back for the US intelligence community lacking control and accountability to Congress hence the lying to Congress when questioned by the House Intel committee.

ive been non-functional since they began putting this 5g behind my home. One ear started ringing over a year ago the same time they were working out back…..now the second ear is getting it after completion …they were putting this in for well over ayear and ive been sick every since. I never imagined this would happen in my second ear. i get to different sounds and do not sleep. it’s worst at night and when i leave my home it stops until i get back and it starts up again. My brain hasnt felt the same – i get vertigo and i never sleep so im technically disabled. i am non-functioning as a person. I get migraine and have had a slew of other issues. I don’t speak to my neighbors so I’m not sure if this is happening to anyone else but its impossible to focus when you can’t work – no sleep=no ability to be optimal and your body cannot heal itself. i now have an eye issue as well and it feels like one eye is popping out all the time. i am enraged they can put this behdn residential areas and specific residences without any concsent or clearance and people are supposed to deal with this.

Cuba knew. I am confident these were either Russian or Chinese weapons, and whichever was involved knew. The USA must get to the bottom of this and the public must learn the truth. And the victims need full relief. Staying in any communist or dictatorship country, those from the free world are in serious danger, especially if they work for a free liberal democratic government since communist and other tyrannies harm innocent civilians without concern.

The private health system is in crisis and cannot treat other diseases, ailments, or surgeries with COVID patients overwhelming individual hospitals and the staff are burnt out. Government relies on the private health care system for its civil servants just like employers and employees, you and I, we don’t get to use Bathesda Maryland for treatment.
Without a national health system in place society is vulnerable to collapse, its would be as if London had no bomb shelter during the Blitz. The real crisis here is the absence of a national health system.
I HAD HEARD ON CHINA TODAY THAT THERE ARE CHINESE CITIZENS WHO WERE GIVEN WHAT SOUNDS LIKE SCHIZOPHRENIA, THEY CLAIMED PEOPLE WERE TALKING IN THEIR HEAD CONTROLLING THEM. I’M WONDERING IF THIS INVOLVED GIVING THE OFFICIALS SOME SORT OF DRUG THAT CONTAINED MICROWAVE SENSITIVE ELEMENTS, COLLECTING IN PARTS OF THE BRAIN, AND THEN APPLIED SOME RAY THE WOULD RESONATE WITH THE ELEMENTS..
Its also possible that it was a drug the put heavy metals in their body that resonate with microwaves from say ovens and radar dishes, the effects would develop over time?

I would hope our cia has something that can detect microwaves given their massive budget. I would send a crew out at night with the detectors to find the source of the waves and capture it.
I would have my crew stakeout the buildings or anything within range of the window. Then I would make a dummy out of paper mache and put it in front of the window as bait. Then as soon as they hit it with the microwaves my crew would sweep in and capture. I thought of this idea in literally 5 seconds, I am surprised they have not tried this
