A computer science professor was arrested following the death of Paul Kessler, who was knocked to the ground in what witnesses describe as a physical altercation during a California protest over the Israel-Hamas war. The arrest comes amid soaring tensions in the U.S. and as colleges and universities have turned to the federal government for help keeping students safe. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley reports.
