Wisdom is a form of intelligence.
Videos have to stop like the Communist have to stop.
Yep Spanish did lie.
What about africa? You can’t build teslas without African resources.
we already have

You do know that the German economy is about to crash along with the rest of Europe, yes? High gas prices mean nothing if you don’t have a job.
Any decade now.
You wished..
Tesla employees tens of thousands and with their stock options makes their line workers wealthy if they choose to invest. Then in turn they buy Teslas and the circle of life continues. Tesla is one big self sustaining circle of wealth.
Giga Berlin grand open. Giga Texas grand opening in just weeks away!!!
I dont think they know they are doubling china
pretty sure german labour costs are lower than the us. they built it in germany to avoid the 11% tariffs. also not leveling off demand in china. Demand is freeking exploding exponentially
Germany is a Social Democracy. The unions are everywhere. Its rare to not be part of a workers guild in Germany. The cost of living is also higher. People need to wake up to the fact that labor costs are NOT an issue with Tesla. They have almost half as many workers to produce 4x the production of a traditional car company.
Cant wait till people wake up one day and Tesla has a massive fleet of humanoid robots to replace specific work forces. Trained by the vehicles 🙂
Replacing you also
what a timely start for @TESLA in Europe as oil prices are crazy high and these TESLA electric cars not only eliminates reliance on oil but also help tremendously with protecting the environment.
@realmoses1 ehhh.. ever heard of the Redwood materials partnership and them looking to expand to the EU.? basicly foudned by a former Head of tesla… like duhh
There is room for everyone. Let the market decide who is a winner and which is best.
@realmoses1 You are misinformed and incorrect! EV utilization results in 53 percent lower overall emissions compared with a similar ICE vehicles, this includes grid emissions produced by fossil fuels power generation and emissions from manufacturing the EV. Become less ignorant and stop spreading false information!!!
Reduce reliance on fossil fuels, Yes. Eliminate fossil fuels? NO.
For now, grid power is still primarily generated from fossil fuels. But solar, wind, and batteries storage stations will be a major factor in the future, hopefully at least 50% of our energy usage. We will never ever transition out of Fossil fuels completely. Where do you think plastic and lubricants, asphalt roads, etc….come from? That’s right, oil and gas. So wake up and smell the coffee.
@realmoses1 Its a start to take us off our reliance on oil.
At full production speed the Giga factory will be producing a Model Y every 45 seconds, about 5 times faster than VW, their biggest competitor. Other auto makers are in trouble too. With this official Tesla opening the other auto makers, EV and ICE, can now officially start worrying.
@Iconoclasticnation Yeah let’s come back and revisit this. I am paying more attention, I know the facts, not the Tesla propaganda that’s on YT.Tesla makes a crappy car, one of the least reliable vehicles on the road. The market for Ev’s is sooooooo small, and the few that will buy them are not gonna continue to be ripped off by tesla for a crappy car. They’ll buy one from a real automaker.
@Macguy Bla bla bla. VW Group will still remain Europe biggest EV manufacturer. VW Group has twice bigger production capacity than Tesla in Europe, over dozen EV lineups compared to Tesla weak offering. And i don t even mention other manufacturers like Stellantis, Renault Group or the koreans.
@Jon petter You’re talking about a company that’s been around since 1933. That’s 89 years. You understand it takes time to create an automotive company from nothing right? VW is a great company with fantastic vehicles. Nobody is saying otherwise. Now look at their growth trajectory over the last ten years by percentage change year on year and compare that to Tesla which has only been producing cars since 2012, ten years. The company produced 510,000 vehicles in 2020. That’s nothing right? And produced 937,000 vehicles in 2021. Nothing right? Only 83% growth year on year. Projected to produce ~1.5 million vehicles in 2022. How many electric vehicles do you think the company will produce in 2023? 2024? 2025? 2030?
@Iconoclasticnation I m referring to the O.P Tesla fanboy that think everyone in Europe will stop buying other EVs than Tesla when Berlin is open. The fact in that in Europe Tesla went from the 1. leading EV manufacturer in 2019 to become third behind VW Group and Stallantis last year.
Tesla is not he only company having increase in EV production year to year. Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, for instance have higher year to year increase compared to Tesla.
It s not a surprise that Tesla sold more EVs the last few years. They are been selling dedicated EVs since 2012 while other companies like VW, Audi, Porsche, Hyundai Ford, Mercedes just start selling EVs globally the last 2 years.
Do you think that Tesla is the only company capable of selling high number vehicle the coming years ?
@Jon petter It’s about who can scale production of EVs the fastest and bring down costs while remaining profitable.
Buy Tesla NO dealerships mark up in price
That’s a false narrative, Their cars are higher than most others, because TESLA rips you off not the dealers. I mean gosh….
@dave white How is it a rip-off when you pay for the sticker price. You can choose not to buy it.
@Elon Musketeer Can’t you choose at a dealership too? Tesla brags of their profit margins, but what they are doing is ripping people off.
@dave white I wouldn’t say dealership rips people off. Ripping off should be used where people must pay for something at an unreasonable price.
500,000 cars is just the first line. This factory will eventually produce 2 million within the next 10 years.
@Michael Jaxton let’s see
First of all Tesla wont be able to output that high amount anytime soon, for the second VW Group has higher producion capacity in Europe so i don t see Tesla been able to beat VW Group i Europe any time soon.
@Jon petter Production does not equal demand. And VW already admits that its taking them 8x as long to produce an EV than it does for Tesla to produce one. The demand for new ICE cars is falling off a cliff in Europe. Nobody wants a new ICE car that will be worthless by the time you go to trade it in. People with 3-4 year old BMW’s etc are already finding that selling it in Norway is hopeless. Used ICE cars are selling at 65% discount below book value.
@Dave Froman I m talking about EV not ICE. VW Group sold twice as many EVs as Tesla last year in Europe. They have EV production capacity 2x as much as Tesla also. VW Group have over dozen EV line ups compared to Tesla basically two models. ID 3, ID 4, ID 5, E tron, 4Q E tron. Taycan, e Up, Skoda Enyaq, Cupra Elborn, ID Buzz this year to name a few. The more variety of lineups/segment you have the more market share you get.
@Jon petter Believe as you wish, but VW is not profiting off of any of them. In fact its dragging their entire brand down. As an entity VW only makes $1900 per car because they are not making money off the EV’s. Tesla is making $5900 off each car. And VW says they cannot produce any more EV’s without a new factory that they are hoping to have operational by 2025 in Wolfsburg. Nor do they have the battery supplies to expand their production till then either. Tesla will 4x in EU production in that time period. They already have the space for 5 lines in Grundehein. The model 3 line is already under construction there. And they have the room to triple their size over the next decade.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✌🏻
It would awesome if any of you listened to anything Tesla says .500,000 hmmm China sales down the last few years ? Hmmm idiots
Rare yahoo says something positive of Tesla/Elon
A good start. Let’s see who’s next?😎?
Yoohoo, you guys are silly…they can’t just setup shop anywhere. Their culture demands a skilled workforce that is driven to change.
Makes a ton of sense for the world! No fricken oil and pollution!
And no more wars when it involves oil. We went to war for Kuwait (non-nato) because of oil and Iraq isn’t a nuclear threat unlike the Ukraine invasion by Putin.
Oil industry is scared as hell of Tesla🤣🇺🇦✌️
Correction, the CORRUPT oil industry is scared as hell of Tesla!!!
Pootin made it a lot better for Tesla and all EVs!
Poutine accelerated the transition to sustainable energy.
coincidence the video is 4:20 ?
Death of the ICE cars for future! 👍😎
As Elon says, in 10 years he hopes to make 20M cars. That is 1% of the global car fleet so Tesla really needs other manufacturers to quickly electrify to accelerate the transition to electric. China is the no brainer for the next Gigafactory.
20 million is 30% of the yearly car sales in the world, average life of Car is 12 years.
? The Shanghai factory is expanding/ doubling in size. Why would you build a factory in central/south america where the price of cars are still too high there… Who are these journalists
Agree, and S. America is a small market. JAPAN 🗾 is the 4th Largest car market. GigaOSAKA makes more sense.
Idiots didn’t mention the elimination of tariffs. 🤬
Yeah all imported cars are taxed 10-20% just for crossing the border.
They are so going to miss those $180 German oil changes.
The reduction in shipping costs mean that even if the German workers cost $100 an hour more, it could still be cheaper to supply Europe from the German factory than the Chinese one. There is the added bonus of several thousand dollars of import taxes being removed. The factory in Germany frees up Model Y for Asia and Australasia, so Shanghai will still be busy.
@GPSFinancial I wasn’t considering the import duty. If Tesla can really churn out a vehicle in 10 hours, I guess it makes sense. That said, I think Elon Musk is a far better Salesman than Engineer. And we might find many of the Components & Motors for the Euro cars are built in SE Asia & assembled in Europe.
Weirdly, I’m aware a lot of the Robot Componentry that makes those SE Asian factories originates in Germany. So, on balance, it all does your head in, but makes total sense. Until some Megalomaniac Dickhead starts a bloody War…
Tesla made in Germany wont be any cheaper than VWs and other european companies. Europe, especially Germany has very high cost. Also their labor union is very strong. Tesla will feel it.
@Jon petter VW’s CEO says it takes 3 times longer for VW to produce a car than it takes Tesla. If what you say it true, that gives Tesla a major cost advantage over other German car manufacturers.
@GPSFinancial Consumers buy car that are affordable and Tesla is not an affordable car compared to for instance VW or Skoda or even Hyundai. I don t think Berlin plant will make Tesla cheaper because of the reason mentioned. And it s not like Tesla is the only better EV available today, especially in Europe there are many competitive cars.
@Jon petter It is good to see other companies selling EVs. The Chinese will soon be selling many cheaper EVs in Europe. Who do you think are buying Tesla’s in Europe? Who will buy the 500,000 a year that stage one of Tesla’s new plant can build? Who will buy the 2 million EV’s that Tesla plans to build in Europe? Will they be people that used to buy BMW, Audi and Mercedes? Will they be people who do not to support the Russians and Saudis by buying their oil? Will they be fleet operators who look at long term cost of ownership? It will be interesting to see what happens. Currently the market is saying Tesla cars are too cheap, which is why there is such a long wait to get one.
It’s pertinent to know that investment is essential to make more money, right guy?
@Fernando

Everything about Tesla is crazy! The battery life, the tail lights, the interior etc. Tesla stocks is the best of them all! I have always hoped to invest in Tesla stocks one day but the thought of doing so without enough knowledge of the stocks market makes the whole thing less attractive to me. One cannot afford to lose any money in this pandemic era
@Brenda Clark True! I made this mistake some years back. I was sure I had learnt the DIY ropes, invested all by myself and lost thousands of dollars. It was the saddest year for my journey to FI but after much persuasion from a relative, I decided to give stocks a try again. This time, with the help of an investment broker I came across in a cnbc interview. Made $245,000 in profit within few months of investing and recovered my losses
@Liana Nimah thats sweet profit mate. Happy you bounced back! Please how do I get in touch with the broker that assisted you? Is she consistent
@Tatianna Vicabell *Yvonne Kathy Dean* is my coach, you may have come across her on a few interviews, just look her up online to get in touch wit
h her, her details are provided online
@Liana Nimah Thanks you for sharing. I just looked into her and am impressed 👏👏👏
You don’t risk, you don’t gain. Just invest what you can afford to lose. For example, divert what you spend disposably such as eating out and entertainment, into an investment. Do that for one year and see how you feel about owning a piece of your economy instead of just earning and spending. Even if value goes down, don’t give up. Play long.

This is just the start of Tesla. Tesla still has a long way to go to be able to compete in sales with Toyota and Honda.
NOPE, TESLA in 2021 outsold the RAV4 and CIVIC, and almost OUTSOLD the CAMRY.
2021 Tesla became the #2 CAR overall.
in 2021, Tesla almost made 1 MILLION cars, in 2022 it will make 2 MILLION cars per year.
TESLA in 2022 will be #1 by REVINUE, and 2023 #1 in sales VOLUME.
Legacy Auto is FCUKED.
ICE and hybrid are in DECLINE since 2020.
BEV is the ONLY Future forward.
Congratulations to Elon Musk and Tesla!

mexico may be a location for a new plant as well. the bonus there is mexican trade agreements with europe and other countries that usa doesn’t have. also the trade deal with usa and proximity to usa.
So exciting to see cars come out of production and heading out to customers. This plant is certainly like now that has ever existed before. Here and at Austin we see a factory like nothing has existed before.
It certainly is exciting to see this transformation take place. Proud to be a small shareholder for this company. Elon is the GOAT!
If tesla wants to win in europe, they need at least one version of a smaller car, and better design.
Europeans focus a lot on design.
For me, the main reason is that Europeans, specially Germans are rather loyal to locally built cars, so that fact that Teslas are now being built by the germans (considerably the ones who have the better built quality cars), it’s gonna ramp up European’s consumption of Teslas.
Tesla to the moon!! $2000 stock valuation!!
