“good order” is a true secret to success in all areas of life.
Geez Nate, go easy on people with OCD. Who’s getting insulted in the next video, those with PTSD? I like you man, but you really seemed passionate with the ‘freak’ comments. As positive and laidback as you normally are in your videos, I was pretty disappointed with that part.
tip: right outta bed i actually stretch and it feels really good
Great advice, please let me share mine 🙂
1. coffee
2. coffee
3. beer in case of hangover
4. sex
5. damn, just go back to sleep
6. ?? I haven’t tried anything else yet
Maybe sharing what each habit is in the description too? That way it could be more efficient.
Great video Nate!
Making bed in the military lifestyle is severe OCD by nature ha ha ha for those who served…tqvm 4 yr service !
Nate, I consider you a smart guy. Take a moment to consider what you said about OCD. I know that things like that can come out sometimes especially if you are not familiar with the problem. It was insensitive and it made me stop watching
I like listening to you because you think the same as me. Not many people in my environment think like me. Good to see I’m not alone. Thanks Nate.
Hey! I’m a big fan! But if I’m being terribly honest with you, I’m a bit uncomfortable hearing people with mental health disorder such as OCD being called freak! I think we’ve past that time in the history labelling people in need of medical help with these kind of words? Something to think about?
It’s makes sense you eat in the morning as it give you morning energy
Why couldn’t you just edit that comment out of your video?
This is some great advice but for me to get up an hour before I have to go to work some days I would have to get up at like three in the morning because I have to drive over an hour to get to work some days
Screams in J stroke
Nate just wondering what time you wake up (and go to bed) each day. And many thanks for these helpful tips!
🔥🔥👍👍
Don’t go to sleep mad. Most of the time you will get terrible sleep and wake up angry in the morning
I’m doing most of the same thing, i dont meditate, but i find it help full to read for 20 minutes and study (not for school, but to increase my knowledge) for 5-20 minutes. I wake up at 5 so i have like an hour and 30 minutes to do my thing ind the morning.
At some point i sang in the morning, that was really a good way to get som energy and a good mood.
Hi⬆️⬆️
thank you, nate!
Thanks for the great video Nate. Very practical tips and not cliche.
Waking up and seeing this on my feed, perfect!😂 Good morning everyone 🇬🇧
Let’s talk, I got something big and profitable to introduce to you⬆️⬆️
I have implemented music in my morning routine for the last couple of months. I use a noise cancelling headset and play music I know I get a smile from on my face and music that makes my body move/dance. This combination gives me such a good feeling that it has decreased my feelings of anxiety and improved my self confidence.
PS good video Nate, keep up the good work!
Look up on W.A
Nate… Admin
Hi Nate, just wanted to know if a person outside the USA can invest in a company in USA,
IM EARLY
I LIKE YOUR VIDEOS ABOUT MORNING ROUTINES. IT MAKES ME FEEL THAT I WANT TO START MY DAY RIGHT AND ORGANIZED. HEALTHY AND FUN AT THE SAME TIME.
WHEN I WALK FOR 30 MINS EVERY 5:30AM EVERYDAY. MY BODY ADOPT IT AND IT AUTOMATICALLY WAKE UP 5AM EVEN IF I DONT SET AN ALARM CLOCK
My sister always wakes me up at 5:20 am to drive her to her work. My brain is already attached to that
Good Morning Nate! Love your videos! Any chance you could do some more recent videos on making money online in May 2022? Would be really useful to me…Thanks Px
Thank you so much Nate for sharing this. From my personal experiences, I’ve already done almost all your point. But it’s very difficult to maintain new habits. I fail and back to my bad old habit often. I just hope that I can do this without any disruption. Wish me luck 🤞.
I’m not gonna wish you luck @arooo. I recommend you to read Atomic Habits from James Clear. That will help you.
You project your best self when you are unscripted so no worries brother nobody is offended.
Reading the Bible is a great start to your day as well.
I think for Christians, praying in the morning is the same thing as journaling. It’s not a new concept!
Nate I’ve been following you for years and always look forward to watching your videos even if you don’t post that often!
I’m jealous af of how wide your shoulders are
Nate is the person I want to be when I grow up. I’m now 39, and still waiting ….
Solid, sometimes I forget to keep my morning frosty. Thank you for the reinforcement.
Love ur videos!
take a shower in the morning
A cold shower, that’s a nice way to turn on your body as well.
Thanks Nate. Always providing value!
Awesome video!! I am 14 years old and I wake up at 6:15am everyday, I do morning affirmations, read, meditate, workout, shower and get ready for the day all before 8:00am and at 7:55am I usually eat breakfast and go to school which starts at 8:20am
Your comments about diet 😂 so true! Everybody is a nutritionist nowadays.
No ffence Nate i love your content, but sleeping at 7-8 hours a day is must have for everyone, recommend Matthew Walker book, Why do we sleep, mind blowing, sleeping less might literally kill you.
As a guy that rushes out the door every day to beat traffic this was hard to hear lol but thoroughly enjoyed the content! Its very true I always feel flustered if I rush
I loved this! Thanks Nate.
Nate, you look like a fellow Vermonter with the flannel and paddling
I LOLed at the “everybody had the best diet” 😂
I feel good starting the day by writing out why I am thankful. I try to be specific.
I am looking forward to improving my morning routine with some of these ideas.
You’re like a younger (more modern) version of Ron Swanson and I’m here for it!
I can definitely relate to the water thing. Have had whole days recently where I didn’t realize I hadn’t had any water until it was bedtime 💧
As soon as he said “Making Your Bed” I looked to my left and my bed is messy lol

Very nice background music so calming, plz give me link
Great advice. Fun fact. Coffee is mostly water.
Let’s talk, I got something big and profitable to introduce to you⬆️⬆️⬆️
I will implement them all. Thanks 🙏🏼

Wow a fresh Nate!
👍🏽
So all I gotta do is watch this guy’s stuff put it into practice and I’m financially free?
Regarding no. 4 (drink water bc of dehydrations at night) – everyone should practice nasal breathing, it avoids the dehydration and also gives so many other benefits. I can recommend reading ‘The Oxygen Advantage’ about the topic.
Truly, our morning routine influences how we feel, act, and think during the rest of our day.
another great video nate, i see you have an Impressive high video quality, can i know what camera are u filming with?
What happen to the dell haha
Some MOODY b-roll at the start of this video
0:10 Pro tipp: You don’t actually need to put the paddle from one side to the other, you can steer with it after every “strike”, so you only need to paddle in one side, and still go in straight line. Search it up for the technique!
Great video btw!
I really want to start this explanation soon tomorrow. hope it’ll really work on me. I’ve been watching and reading tips but it wasnt really work. but who knows, lemme try. thank you for sharing :))
The wholesome comments! 🥰
I am so happy that I have most of these habits now. If you asked me 2 years ago, I didn’t make bed, drink water or meditate but I do these most days now. Yay ☺️
step one: Get a cabin
step two: Go on canoe ride in fitting attire
loool
2:24 I just have to say one thing about waking up at the same time every day: *I am a nurse.*
And I completely agree about morning routines setting good start for your day, but dude, my sleeping schedule is messed up. Truly, by every means, messed up. That’s why I never liked these parts of “how to have good morning routine” videos – because that simple part of it I can’t have. Sometimes I am pushing through the day with 2h of sleep, sometimes I napp all day – depending on the level of exhaustion. Or I just need to organize myself better before and after work. But my daily activities always depend on what shift I am working that day. If I am night shift, my day can’t be too busy or I will be totally miserable through my shift. And my day after night shift, if I get at least four hours of sleep it’s real blessing, and all day I will move around like a zombie. You would say 21 yo person should have more energy, but I am half-dead. But it’s all about habits, isn’t it?
Fascinating. Thanks for sharing, Lord-Jesus-Christ dot
Agree with all of them, although instead of making the bed in the morning I leave it neat but pushed back as although many people in the productivity community swear by it, science advises against it because it traps dust mites inside the bed, and I also usually open the bedroom window while I’m getting ready, not because it has any increased productivity benefit but just because it’s common sense to refresh the air
When you post a video, it makes me have a better day. (I got a perfect score on your list.)
Nate, awesome tips from someone so young , keep up the good work !!
I haven’t made my bed for decades. LOL
Good Video Sir. Thank you🙂
I agree with writing. Not trying to push views on anyone but my life really started to become clearer when I stopped trying to “plan” and live for just for myself. Praying, reading the Bible, listening to God and journaling, have all been a tremendous help in my life. I think we can easily get wrapped up on our own “goals” and “visions”, but tend to forget to even ask God what he wants us to do in this life. That’s just my opinion..
I love how nate is unique in his own way
Great tips Nate! I want to incorporate some of these tips in my daily schedule.
Making your bed is so underated. It’s so easy. My morning is wake up, make my bed, pee, chug a glass of water, make coffee(I throw a table spoon of coconut oil in it) chug another glass of water while taking vitamins. Shower then off to work
Welcome to SF 🙂
The place looked so peaceful and quiet.
Note on the third habit: You shouldn’t actually make your bed immediately after getting up only because it’ll trap the bacteria from your body in moisture and let them grow in your blankets. Let your bed aerate for half an hour or so before cleaning it up 💪
Let’s talk, I got something big and profitable to introduce to you⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
You have your life balanced well with financial and physical but what are you doing with dating? Do you want a family? Wife and kids? You have money your smart your handsome well liked but do you have a flat tire when it comes to girls?
Let’s talk,I got something big and profitable to introduce to you⬆️⬆️
Apparently making your bed immediately is bad, because of the amount of water you lose at night as sweat, so it’s more hygienic to let it rest a while before making it…
Wow…that’s very cool … Thanks Nate for wonderful advice ❤️
It’s not need to sleep 5 hr.
If your sleep is productive then 3 or 4 hr. are enough . This is truth cause I tried this. If you want to know how you should hear sadguru that will definitely help you.
I like your life style and want to know more.
*Habits define who we’ll become tomorrow- so dear reader choose them wisely*
Thank you for sharing with us some of your daily tips. You are an inspiration, and yup I am your fan. Thanks😊 🥂 🤓
Love your content. Have been a subscriber since the beginning I think.
You are a great young entrepreneur! I admire your kindness and humaneness
How to find a guy with same mindset like that? Is there any dating site for minimalist ?
You are probably the least toxic guy I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank you for the info.
I can’t believe how wise you are, how wise you are period, but how wise you are at 25?!?!?!?! INSANE!!!
Nate … This is very truly excellent advice for a single person or newly married couple provided you don’t have:
1. young children.
2. certain pets.
3. infirm relatives that you are the primary care provider for.
4. livestock whose needs change with the seasons.
5. a job with irregular hours or a job where you are on call 24 hours at a time.
That notwithstanding, it IS excellent advice. Unfortunately, it is not realistic for a majority of us, but we each can take SOMETHING from this list. I thoroughly enjoy your videos!!! Take care, be safe and God bless!!! Chuck Knight from Buffalo, Texas. 👨🌾🐩✝️🙏👍

The thumbnail was funny to me, but I wanna check out the video because of it haha.
great video Nate! i also have found that drinking orange juice helps me wake up in the morning. also taking a daily morning shower is good for you and helps you wake up. thanks for the tips! ❤️😊
*love these, one thing I am going to start to do is not have my phone in my room before I go to sleep and wake up. I dont want the first thing I do is to get on my phone and the last things as well. Great vid though going to add these in the routine!*
Thnk u❤
