The average cost for a gallon of gas has reached another historic high at $4.86. The state average in California is $6.34 and one station is even asking for nearly $10 a gallon. Ten states are averaging more than $5 a gallon and some motorists say it’ll affect who they plan to vote for.

The oil companies are once again raking in billions of profit and no one bothers to look at the logo on the pump when they ask about the price of fuel. The only thing the president has to do with gas prices is oil companies choose to gouge more when there is a D in office.
