Investigators in California are looking into whether a massive oil spill could have been caused by a ship’s anchor striking a pipeline.
It’s being described as an environmental catastrophe.
More than 500,000 litres of oil has leaked into the ocean.
Crews are working around-the-clock to contain the slick in the Pacific and clean up tar along the coast.
