Extreme dry weather is causing problems in Mexico’s northern states, where millions of people are running out of water and are relying on water tankers. Water levels in the region’s reservoirs and dams have also dropped to critical levels.

I read a report a few years ago most droughts are caused by the use and hoarding of water somewhere up stream. We should see this in record droughts that will hit Egypt because of the big damage eathopia just brought on line and see this already from Africa’s Lake Chad, which dried up because of the tuilps that were grown then sent to the uk, a massive displacement of water
